The Villa Lario Lake Como exceeded my expectations during my recent business trip. The room was a Superior Suite that offered ample space, great amenities, and stunning views of the lake. The staff were exceptionally professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I particularly appreciated the efficient concierge service that helped arrange transportation for meetings in the area. The breakfast served daily was well-crafted, featuring a selection of fresh pastries and high-quality coffee, which was a great start to the day.
Some transportation options were limited and costly.

Stunning lake views, Infinity pool, Direct lake access
Ambiguous service policies could use clarity!!! Navigation around the hotel is perplexing, particularly locating reception!!! Nearby dining options are scant and transportation can be unnecessarily pricey!!!

Had an amazing time with friends here! The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, even if the portions were a bit small. The staff was super friendly, and the bar next to the lake was fabulous for evening drinks. Just a heads up, getting around can be pricey and a bit tricky, so plan accordingly!
We did have a hard time with transport options. Getting to dinner elsewhere was expensive, which was inconvenient and limited our dining choices.

great views but small room for four
The views from our third-floor apartment were breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the stunning lake scenery each day. The terrace for breakfast offered a beautiful setting, making each morning enjoyable. The friendly staff enhanced our experience with their attentive service. I particularly appreciated the lake view, which truly added to the charm of our stay.
The space in the apartment felt cramped for four adults, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Staying here was a highlight for our family! The views from our room were breathtaking, and the kids loved swimming directly in the lake. One evening, we unexpectedly enjoyed a delightful private concert by an opera singer, which made our stay memorable.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more comfy seating.

Spent a lovely 2 nights here and the views were just stunning, especially from the comfy sun loungers by the infinity pool. We also enjoyed the relaxing massages at the spa, which were a great way to unwind after our adventures. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really ruin our great experience! 🌅

Villa Lario offers stunning views and beautifully decorated rooms, but it does feel remote without convenient transport options. The service was friendly yet sometimes lacked detail, and a few amenities like laundry were surprisingly limited. Overall, it's a lovely place for relaxation with lovely gardens.
